For Thanksgiving our class read the story- There was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Turkey We read the story the students practiced their numbers to 100 with The Old Lady Hundreds Chart and the students colored and cut out the turkey and glued it into her mouth. We also read There was an Old Lady Who Swallowed Some Leaves- Some students cut that out also and glued it in her mouth. Incorporating Math and Reading- What FUN!!!
